What Are Chase's Hours?

Branches generally operate from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays while Saturday hours vary. Depending on the location, a branch might be closed or open from either 9 a.m to 4 p.m., 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., 9 a.m. to 2 p.m on Saturdays. However, Chase ATMs are open 24/7.

Is Chase open 7 days a week?
Most Chase locations are only open six days a week, Monday through Saturday, and closed on Sunday. Branches have shorter hours on Saturdays and some will be closed entirely. You can check a branch's hours with the online locator or call before visiting.

Almost all Chase locations are closed on Sunday, only a few branches are open. For banking services on Sunday, go to the nearest ATM, bank online, or use their mobile app. You can still perform financial transactions such as money transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.

Chase's ATMs are audio-assisted and accommodate the following languages: Chinese, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
